If you have any modification requests, please notify us via email within 24 hours. Once the production stage begins, changes cannot be accommodated. Not their fault-Arrived all bent up

Arrived all bent up they replaced it with a brand new one.The second was packaged much better.It is just thin metal.
I straightened the first one by driving over it with my truck and was able to still use it (nowhanging it in the garage).I tried to offer them 1/2 price for the first one they sent(that was bent up)- but no response back from them.
I felt this was a fair offer.
Oh well-I tried.
