How do I personalize my sign?
On the product page, simply fill in the customization fields — such as your family name, established year, or any custom text — and select any additional options like size or finish. Once you've entered your details, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
If you have a specific design request that isn't covered by the standard options, feel free to leave a note in the order comments or contact us before placing your order.
How does the design proof work?
At checkout, you'll have the option to request a free design proof. If you select this option, our team will create a digital preview of your sign based on the customization details you've provided — and email it to you before we begin production.
Please review the proof carefully and reply to our email to confirm your approval. We won't start cutting until you give the go-ahead. This ensures there are no surprises when your sign arrives.
💡 We strongly recommend requesting a design proof, especially for first-time orders or complex customizations.
Can I make changes affter I've placed my order?
Changes can be made as long as your order has not yet entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@enfodream.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.
If you requested a design proof, you'll have the opportunity to review and request adjustments before we proceed — this is the best time to make any corrections.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Here's a general timeline from order to delivery:
- Production: 2–4 business days (after design proof approval, or after order placement if no proof was requested)
- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days after your order is dispatched
- Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days after your order is dispatched
Please note these are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification at your registered email address containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
If you don't see the email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also track your order directly via the Track My Order page on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to multiple countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and over 10 countries across Europe.
Shipping times and costs for international orders may vary depending on your location. Applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
💡 The majority of our customers are based in the US, and we have extensive experience shipping across all 50 states.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order provided it has not yet entered production. Please contact us as quickly as possible at support@enfodream.com with your order number.
Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel the order as the materials have already been cut and processed specifically for you. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out — we'll always try to find the best solution.
Returns & Remake Policy
What is your return policy for custom orders?
Because every sign is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders — unless the item arrives damaged or has a quality issue.
This is why we offer a free design proof before production: it gives you the chance to review and approve your sign before we cut anything, ensuring you're completely happy with the result.

What if my sign doesn't match the approved design proof?
If your finished sign differs from your approved design proof, we will remake it at no charge — no arguments, no hassle.
Please contact us at support@enfodream.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll arrange a remake as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, one of the most trusted e-commerce payment platforms in the world.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our server. Your payment information is processed directly by Shopify Payments and PayPal — we never store your card details on our end.
Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar as confirmation that your connection is secure.
Product Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials are your signs made from?
Our signs are crafted from heavy-gauge steel, precision laser-cut to achieve sharp, clean lines on every letter and design element. Each piece is finished with a durable powder coating that provides protection against rust, UV exposure, and everyday wear.
For customers who need maximum durability in demanding outdoor environments, we also offer an upgrade to stainless steel — available as an option at checkout. Stainless steel provides superior corrosion resistance and is ideal for signs exposed to rain, salt air, or extreme weather conditions on a long-term basis.
Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our standard powder-coated steel signs are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and will hold up well in typical outdoor conditions.
However, if your sign will be permanently exposed to harsh outdoor environments — such as a ranch gate, a dock entrance, or a coastal property — we recommend upgrading to stainless steel at checkout. Stainless steel offers significantly greater resistance to corrosion and weathering, ensuring your sign stays looking its best for years to come.
For standard outdoor display in sheltered or moderate conditions, our powder-coated steel signs perform excellently. An occasional wipe-down is all that's needed to maintain their appearance.
