How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification at your registered email address. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
What is your return policy?

Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders — unless the item arrives damaged or has a quality issue.

How does the design proof work?

If you selected the design proof option at checkout, we'll create a digital preview of your sign based on the customization details you provided — and email it to you before we begin production.

Please review the proof carefully and confirm your approval by replying to our email. Once you give the go-ahead, we'll move your order into production. We won't start cutting until you're happy with the design.
How long does shipping take?

Here's a general timeline from order to delivery:

Production time: 2–4 business days after design proof approval (or after order placement if no proof was requested)

Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days after dispatch

Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Please note that production and shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
