Arrived all bent up they replaced it with a brand new one.The second was packaged much better.It is just thin metal.
I straightened the first one by driving over it with my truck and was able to still use it (nowhanging it in the garage).I tried to offer them 1/2 price for the first one they sent(that was bent up)- but no response back from them.
I felt this was a fair offer.
Oh well-I tried.

Occasionally, damage can happen during transit, and when it does, we always make it right by either remaking the item or offering a refund—whichever our customer prefers. There’s no need to return the original item, so customers are welcome to keep and use it as they wish.
