Ordering and Design:

When you choose to receive a mockup for confirmation when placing your order, our designer will create a mockup based on the customization details and send it to the contact email associated with the order. If you have any modification requests, please notify us via email within 24 hours. Once the production stage begins, changes cannot be accommodated. Please add our customer service email support@enfodream.com to your email contacts to prevent our emails from being flagged as spam or promotional.

Production Time:

Production takes 2-3 business days after design confirmation.
Rigorous quality inspection before shipment.
