When you choose to receive a mockup for confirmation when placing your order, our designer will create a mockup based on the customization details and send it to the contact email associated with the order. If you have any modification requests, please notify us via email within 24 hours. Once the production stage begins, changes cannot be accommodated. Not their fault-Arrived all bent up

Arrived all bent up they replaced it with a brand new one.The second was packaged much better.It is just thin metal.
I straightened the first one by driving over it with my truck and was able to still use it (nowhanging it in the garage).I tried to offer them 1/2 price for the first one they sent(that was bent up)- but no response back from them.
I felt this was a fair offer.
Oh well-I tried.
